Desks
The customer sizes the top to the inch, picks the wood, the edge and the finish, chooses a frame that reaches their height, fits the cable grommets and the drawer, and sees the desk in 3D with the estimate beside it. You get the finished configuration.
Demo version: submitting shows the completion screen, nothing is saved. Prices are ballpark.
For makers of custom hardwood desks. The 3D model stands beside the steps for the whole process: the top grows to the inch from 48 to 84 by 24 to 36 inches and takes one of six shapes and edges (square corners, rounded corners, a shadow-line edge, a live edge at the back or on both sides, an ergonomic cutout), in white oak, black walnut, hard maple or cherry from real scans of the wood, stave by stave, in a select or a rustic grade with knots, and in four finishes. The frame is an electric sit-stand one in two or three stages, or fixed legs; the customer's own height tells which frame reaches both the sitting and the standing height, and a warning appears when the one picked does not. A button raises the top to the standing height and the keypad on the model shows it in inches; another fades the top to show the trays, the cables and the computer under it, a third runs out the drawers. Cable grommets, a power module with two 120 V outlets and USB, a wireless charger, cable trays, a monitor arm, a computer holder, drawers, a headphone hook and casters stand where they are fitted. The price is the square feet of the top times a rate for the wood, plus the shape, the finish, the frame and the extras; delivery is set up in the house, by the mile beyond a free radius, or shipped crated. The estimate is before sales tax, every amount is a parameter, and one toggle hides the prices.
A custom desk configurator for your website combines hardwood tops, frame choices, and workspace accessories in a 3D preview. Customers send a specification with dimensions in inches and an estimate calculated from your own product rates.
Customers choose top dimensions, shape, edge, thickness, wood, grade, and finish. White oak, black walnut, hard maple, and cherry appear on the model alongside options such as live edges and an ergonomic cutout.
The preview helps customers compare proportions and finishes before contacting the shop. It represents the configuration; your team confirms the actual boards and appearance of the finished top.
The example offers electric frames and fixed legs. Customer height informs a frame-range check, and the model can show the desk raised or reveal equipment underneath the top.
Grommets, power modules, charging, cable trays, monitor arms, a computer holder, drawers, and other accessories become part of the specification. Your team reviews placement and compatibility before fabrication.
The calculation uses the top area and wood rate, with adjustments for thickness, grade, shape, finish, frame, and extras. Panel settings also cover local setup, a free delivery radius, mileage, and crated shipping.
You can update lead times, warranty text, promotions, and estimate validity. The example displays prices before sales tax and supports hiding them from customers.
Compare a fixed-leg desk with a sit-stand model in another wood. Add cable management, drawers, and monitor equipment, then compare local setup with crated shipping. Review the PDF against a real order to check the scope and price breakdown.

I will show you live how it works from the company side: the panel, the leads and the PDF quote. Tell us what you quote and you get a link to pick a time by e-mail.

I run the demo myself: you will see how a form like this would work in your business.
