Frequently asked questions
Do I need a developer to change a rate?
No. You update the exposed parameters in the panel. New fields and calculation rules are changes handled by the Offerandum team.
What counts as a change package?
One list of logic changes sent in one e-mail is a package. Your plan defines the included number and turnaround.
Can my team manage inquiries in the panel?
Yes. The simple CRM provides leads, statuses, and notes. Leads can also be exported to CSV.
Can I change lead times and promotions?
Yes, where those parameters are exposed in your form. The sauna example includes build time, a site-visit window, and promotion settings.
