Meet the founder of Offerandum

Offerandum builds interactive forms around a company's products, services and pricing rules. Customers choose what they need, and the business receives the details to prepare an offer. Damian Krychowski is the founder of Offerandum.

Interactive forms built around your pricing

A request for an estimate rarely contains every detail your office needs. A contractor may need dimensions and site information; a dealer may need a product style, finish, and installation scope. The purpose of the form is to collect those choices and apply the rules you supply.

We start with a conversation about your business and the problem you want to solve. We review your website or store, products, options and existing materials. A price list can help, but you do not need every rule documented in one file. Together, we work through exceptions, add-ons and dependencies.

How we work with your company

AI helps us review materials and prepare a draft faster. Damian personally refines the form and confirms the pricing rules with your team. A working version gives us something concrete to discuss: questions, photos, design and calculations.

The first version is prepared within 48 hours, counted on business days, once we have the complete information for the agreed scope and your order. You then have 14 days to test it at a private test address and share feedback. Building and testing are free. You pay only if you decide to launch. See how setup works , from the first conversation to shared refinements.

After launch, you can update the exposed pricing parameters in the panel. We handle changes to fields and calculation rules. The pricing page explains the service plans and additional work.

Your form can run on an existing website or at its own hosted address. Leads go to the panel, and the PDF keeps the customer's configuration together for follow-up. The examples show how different trades collect the information needed for an initial estimate.
