Does the assistant decide the price?
No. The form calculates the price from your company's price list, with its rates, surcharges and dependencies. The assistant helps collect the information those calculations use.
What if the assistant misunderstands the customer?
The customer sees the filled-in fields and can correct them. Values picked by interpreting the description can be marked for checking. The customer reviews the choices before sending the request.
Do customers have to use the conversation?
No. They can fill in the form themselves and ask for help at any point. The assistant does not send the request for the customer.
Is the assistant included in every plan?
