Glass and mirrors
The customer picks a mirror, back-painted glass or clear glass and what it is for, and the form fills in what a glazier would start with. Size in inches and eighths, edge, holes and mounting, and a 3D pane cut to every choice.
Demo version: submitting shows the completion screen, nothing is saved. Prices are ballpark.
For American glass and mirror shops. The customer starts with the material on photos (a mirror, back-painted glass, clear glass) and what the pane is for: a bathroom vanity mirror, a wall or gym mirror, a closet door mirror, a round accent mirror, a kitchen backsplash, a glass dry-erase board, a wall panel, a tabletop, shelves, cabinet door inserts or a splash guard. That choice fills in the usual size, thickness, edge and mounting, safety backing on a door mirror and tempering on a tabletop, and the customer changes what they like. Size in whole inches and eighths, or a diameter, with the shapes the job allows; 1/8 to 1/2 in glass; silver, bronze or gray mirror, five paint colors, clear, low-iron, frosted or tinted glass; a seamed, flat polished, pencil polished or beveled edge. A backsplash or splash guard behind a cooktop is tempered on its own. A bathroom or accent mirror can take an LED backlight in three color temperatures and an anti-fog pad, and then hangs on a hidden cleat. Drilled holes, outlet cutouts and the mounting: J-channel and mastic, mirror clips, a hanging cleat, standoffs, adhesive or shelf brackets. Then installation, delivery or pickup, with the weight of each pane for a pickup. The 3D model beside the steps is cut to every choice: real outlines, holes and cutouts through the glass, standoffs, clips and a J-channel where they are fitted, and the LED lit in a darkened room. Priced by the square foot with a billable minimum, surcharges for thickness, curves, tint and tempering, edgework and LED by the linear foot, holes, cutouts and hardware by the piece, installation by the square foot with a minimum per pane, a discount from three pieces and a minimum order; a Letter-size PDF estimate with the picture of the pane.
A custom glass and mirror quote calculator for your website collects the use, shape, size, finish, and mounting of each piece. Customers see the configured pane in 3D and send your shop a specification with an itemized estimate.
A vanity mirror, kitchen backsplash, tabletop, and shelf need different options. The example uses the intended application to suggest size, thickness, edge, and mounting choices, which the customer can then adjust.
Dimensions are entered in inches and eighths, or as a diameter where applicable. Mirror, back-painted glass, and clear glass have their own colors, finishes, and available shapes.
The model reflects the outline, holes, cutouts, mounting hardware, and optional mirror lighting. Customers can compare edgework, thickness, tempering, and accessories in the context of their chosen application.
The request distinguishes installation, delivery, and pickup, with pane-weight information for collection. Your shop verifies measurements, templates, mounting conditions, and material suitability before fabrication.
Panel settings cover material by the square foot, billable minimums, thickness and finish adjustments, edgework and LED by the foot, and holes, cutouts, and hardware by the piece. Installation, order minimums, and quantity discounts are separate.
The Letter-size PDF includes the pane specification and model image. Use your own price list to check how a small piece, an elaborate edge, or multiple panes affect the estimate.
Try an illuminated vanity mirror, a backsplash with outlet cutouts, and a tabletop. Compare material, edgework, mounting, and installation with real quotes, then review the PDF as the handoff to your estimator.

I will show you live how it works from the company side: the panel, the leads and the PDF quote. Tell us what you quote and you get a link to pick a time by e-mail.

I run the demo myself: you will see how a form like this would work in your business.
